Our mission
JennWell exists because women's health care should never feel like an assembly line. We're a single-provider practice built on three things: time to actually listen, expertise across the full arc of women's health, and the kind of relationship where you don't have to start from scratch every visit. Whether you're 16 and seeing a women's health provider for the first time, 35 and planning a family, or 55 and navigating menopause, Jenn is here for the long haul.

Jennifer Neilan
Women's Health Nurse Practitioner & Founder
Jenn Neilan began her nursing career in 1998 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). She spent the first 10 years of her career as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Bryan Medical Center in Lincoln, where she developed a deep passion for caring for women during some of life’s most important moments. In 2009, Jenn earned her master’s degree in nursing from UNMC and is a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. For the past 17 years, she has dedicated her career to obstetrics and gynecology, providing compassionate, individualized care to women across all stages of life.
When Jenn isn’t caring for patients, you’ll usually find her at her son’s ball games, cheering on the Huskers, or rooting for the Kansas City Royals. She and her husband have a blended family of eight kids, so life is always full, busy, and never boring. Jenn is a sports fanatic with a special love for America’s pastime, and one of her bucket-list goals is to visit all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums. She loves travelling, spending time with her favorite people, and making the most of every season of life — ideally with a ballgame on in the background.

JennWell is located inside a holistic wellness clinic in Gretna, Nebraska — a calm, spa-like space that's a refreshing change from the typical medical office. We share the building with acupuncture and massage therapy partners, so it's easy to add complementary care to your visit. Easy to reach from Omaha, Bennington, and surrounding communities.
